- Returns & Replacements
- All Scholastic Library Publishing titles on this site are guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact customer service for an exchange or refund. We will replace any damaged product as long as you have purchased it directly from us.
For Weston Woods customers:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, just return it to us within 30 days. We'll replace it or issue a full credit. Please contact customer service for your return authorization number. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
REPLACEMENT POLICY Any worn or damaged Weston Woods' DVDs or CDs may be replaced within two years of purchase at a discount of 50%. Proof-of-purchase of the original format may be required to qualify. Any customer wishing to exchange a format (i.e. video for DVD) may purchase the new format at a 25% discount from the current list price. Proof-of-purchase of the original format may be required to qualify. For information about purchasing extra books to go along with our Read-Along CDs or about available Listening Center Packages of 5 Paperback Books/1 Read-Along CD, please call Customer Service at 800-243-5020.

All DVDs featured on this web site include full public performance rights for school and library use, unless otherwise noted. Public performance rights are necessary for multiple screenings, public screenings or screenings for combined class groups and libraries. Admission may not be charged at public performances. DVDs that are annotated for home use may only be used in classroom settings consistent with U.S. copyright laws. These laws require use of the program in face-to-face instruction in conjunction with a curriculum lesson plan and may not be used for recreation, recess or reward. Paperback books offered on this site may also be available in hardcover. In addition to the paperback book/CD packages offered on this website, listening center packages of 5 paperback books/1 CD are also available for $41.95. Single paperback books (without CD and where available) of any title are $6.50 each. Single copies of hardcover books (where available and without CD) are $17.99. Extra CDs are $14.95.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All book/CD packages are sent uncollated and without a bag. Many customers have indicated that they do not want poly bags, so in order to reduce waste, we only include them if requested. There is no charge for this service. If you prefer to receive your packages collated and/or with the poly bags, please note that in the area provided on the order form when you place your order. Purchase of Weston Woods DVDs does not include rights for broadcast use. These must be cleared and covered by written agreement prior to broadcast or closed-circuit transmission. Titles on this website are protected by international copyright and may not be reproduced in any form or by any means, including use on television or in information retrieval systems, without prior written permission.
PREVIEW POLICY
Weston Woods DVDs selected for possible purchase will be furnished without charge for 45 days free preview by professional staff only. Please make your request 30 days in advance of your viewing date to ensure availability.
